Last updated: 17 September 2026. This policy explains how Tireless (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use tirelesshq.com or contact us. We are the data controller for that data. Questions go to hello@tirelesshq.com or by post to 121 Pullan Avenue, Bradford BD2 3RL, United Kingdom.

What we collect, and why

Project enquiries

When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, what you need, your timeline and what you tell us about your goal, together with the date and time and the country your connection came from. We use it to reply, prepare a proposal and keep a record of the conversation. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Website analyser

The address you enter is fetched once to run the analysis you asked for. We keep a log of the domain analysed, whether the analysis succeeded, how long it took and the country the request came from. We do not keep your IP address. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving the service.

Site analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It is cookieless: it does not set cookies, does not store your IP address for us, and does not track you across other websites. We see aggregated counts, not individuals.

Security and abuse prevention

Cloudflare Turnstile runs when you submit the enquiry form to tell people from automated abuse, and the site applies per-connection rate limits. Server logs, which include IP address, browser type and the pages requested, are held by our hosting provider for up to seven days.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the website, the enquiry database, the analyser, Turnstile and Web Analytics.
• GitHub, Inc. — hosts the private company records system into which enquiries are filed so they can be actioned and tracked.
• Google LLC — provides the mailbox where email to hello@tirelesshq.com is received.

Each acts under contract terms that restrict their use of the data. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for up to two years afterwards unless we enter a contract with you, in which case it is kept for the life of that relationship and the period required by law. Analyser logs for twelve months. Aggregated analytics indefinitely, as they contain no personal data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email hello@tirelesshq.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies

See our cookie notice. This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and shows no consent banner because it uses none that need one.
