Use of the site
The site is provided for information about Tireless and to let you get in touch. You may not use it to send unlawful, abusive or automated bulk requests, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Website analyser
Analyser output is indicative. It reports what our systems could measure or observe about a public web page at the moment you ran it, and each finding states its basis. Scores and ratings are not advice and should not be relied on without a written report. You may only analyse websites you are entitled to have inspected.
Project work
Enquiries and quotes do not form a contract. Any work is subject to a written proposal and agreement that sets out scope, price, timeline and ownership. Unless that agreement says otherwise, you own the deliverables on full payment.
Content and intellectual property
The site’s design, text and graphics belong to Tireless. Project names, demo labels and status tags describe our own work honestly; nothing on this site should be read as a claim of endorsement by any third party.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
