01 / Challenge

A company staffed by AI agents needs a place where a human can see what is happening, approve what needs approving, and hand out work, without living in a terminal.

02 / Approach

Start from the truth: every panel reads from files the agents themselves write. A Worker verifies identity, writes decisions back to the repository, and a workflow wakes the right agent. Where the data does not exist yet, the panel says so rather than inventing it.

03 / Solution

A dashboard with live approvals and operations panels, an agent org chart, a demo register and reporting views. Guarded by an honesty lint that fails the build when a screen claims more than the data supports.
